Payments must be made through the accepted methods listed on each product details page as well as at the bottom of the site footer. Prices are Primarily listed in UGX (Ugandan Shillings) with converstion to USD and EUR possible to the user and may be subject to applicable taxes or fees.
5. Refunds & Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us and thus refunds are possible only for wrong product.
- Returns are accepted for unused, unopened beauty products within 48 hours of delivery.
- Used skincare, makeup, or personal items may not qualify due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Proof of purchase is required.
